About Datahoot

We build AI tools for businesses enterprise agencies don't bother showing up for.

Most AI consulting is built for companies with a dedicated IT department and a seven-figure budget. Datahoot exists for everyone else — the businesses that need one thing built well, not a platform rollout.

Why we exist

Small and mid-size businesses get left out of the AI conversation.

Most AI agencies are built around enterprise clients: long sales cycles, broad platform rollouts, and pricing that assumes a big internal team to manage the relationship. If you run a smaller business, the options tend to boil down to generic listicles telling you to "try ChatGPT," or a consulting proposal sized for a company ten times your headcount.

Datahoot is built specifically for the businesses in between — companies that don't need a platform, they need one well-built AI tool or workflow, wired into what they already use, built by people who'll actually explain what they did and why.

The free scanner on our homepage is a genuine reflection of how we work: start by actually looking at your business, not by pitching a one-size-fits-all package.

How we work

Four stages, no black box.

Every engagement follows the same structure — Diagnose, Design, Deploy, Sustain — so you always know what stage you're in and what happens next. No open-ended "phase 2" scope creep, no disappearing after launch.

What we believe

A few things we hold ourselves to.

One solution beats twelve options

We'd rather scope one thing precisely and finish it than hand you a long list of "possibilities" and disappear.

Explain it, don't obscure it

If we can't explain why something works in plain language, we don't consider it done — regardless of how it performs.

Right-sized on purpose

We stay small deliberately. It's the only way to keep working directly with the people building your project, not a rotating account team.
